Important Notice to all Parents: We want everyone to know that the Condos on Sandy Beach DO NOT have tempered glass for the sliding doors or windows and they also DO NOT have stickers to warn you of danger. Please be aware of this and watch your children carefully. We know of a young child that was under the care of a family teen, not the parents, and the child ran toward the sliding door thinking it was open, and ran through the glass door. We have been the premier reservation service for Rocky Point, Mexico, since 1989. We are able to book for 10 different condos currently, and more coming soon. The Condo properties to the left of the screen represent some of the finest in the town, and we would be proud to serve as your reservation agent. Please click the name of the Condo you are interested in to learn more about it. You will also notice each page has a "Photos" button. Take a moment to view the condo before you make your reservations. We know that most people are more comfortable when they can see what's available for rent, rather than being told. Especially, if it's your first time. We understand this and hope we are able to provide the information needed to really get a good feel for the different condos in Rocky Point. Important Rule to Remember: All condos have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. This means that if you break any of the rules stated on the Rules and Regulations sheet, which you are required to sign at check in, you give the Management of that property the right to evict you Without Refund, including the Damage Deposit. This includes more people than allowed in the condos. Yes, children are considered people, even if they fall under the 12 and under "no charge" rule. Another big NO NO is having fireworks on your person while on the property. Fireworks are to be use at other locations around town, not on site of any condo. This includes having them in your vehicle! They can take them from you with no questions asked! Another important fact: During holidays and special events all condos require the person who's name is on the confirmation to be 25 years or older, in order to check in. He/She is the responsible party and will be all charged for any and all damaged, lost, or stolen items. This type of action also results in loss of full Damage Deposit. Regarding changes to a paid reservation: All condo charge a $25.00 fee for any reservation changed 10 business days before your travel date. Any condo canceled with more than 10 business days will be charged $100.00. All reservation canceled less that 10 business days will be charged 100%. The only way around loosing the total is to change the dates. NOTE: ALL CONDOS REQUIRE 3 NIGHTS DURING HOLIDAYS INCLUDING SPRING BREAK. MANY OF THE PROPERTIES WE WORK WITH ARE SOLD OUT TWO OR MORE WEEKS IN ADVANCE DURING THE HIGH SEASON!
